In Sonic.EXE and Sonic PC Port, Tails is shown to be crying and begging for help, before he’s brutally killed and captured.

Some characters have poses where they look at the player which can disturb viewers, and multiple popup images (such as the jumpscare images in 'Triple Trouble') show up as well that could be considered un The designs of many characters are also quite disturbing. The mod has blood and visible gore, and some of the characters (Sonic.EXE, Lord X, Soul Tails, Soul Knuckles and Soul Robotnik) come from disturbing source material.
